Yangon - Bagan -Yangon

Day 1 Arrive Yangon

Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcomed by our well-experienced tour guide. Yangon sightseeing starts with Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, the most well-known Buddhist temple in Yangon where a huge reclining Buddha image is housed. Then proceed to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments and enjoy your visit to this gorgeous pagoda, which is believed to be 2,500 years old. The central stupa, glittering in the soft evening light, is surrounded by dozens of intricately decorated buildings and statues and is considered to be the symbol of Yangon. After visiting, drive back to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2 Yangon - Bagan

After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check-in. Today, you will explore and enjoy Bagan, the first (and very beautiful) capital of the Burmese and founded in the 11th century. This is one of the richest archaeological sites in South-east Asia, situated on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwaddy River. We'll wander local markets, historical pagodas, handicraft workshops and ancient temples. Sightseeing starts with the busy Nyaung Oo local market and continue your visit to a diverse selection of the most important Pagodas and temples, such as Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century, Gubyaukkyi, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes, and Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior. Then visit Htilominlo Pagoda, noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations. You will continue wandering the lacquer workshop to explore about the fascinating technique of this art. Visit the famous Thatbyinnyu Pagoda constructed by King Alaungsithu and Shwegugyi Temple also known as "Nandaw Oo Paya" built by King Alaungsithu in 1140 A.D. Enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the plains from the upper terrace of one of the temples. Stay overnight at Hotel in Bagan.

Day 3 Bagan -Yangon

After breakfast, sightseeing to Manuha Temple, built in Mon Style in 1095, Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha and Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO, Lawka Nandar Stupa, Sulamani Pagoda meaning "Crowning Jewel" built in 1181 by King Narapati Sithu. Proceed to the biggest Damayangyi Temple, one of the four most important monuments in Bagan and then transfer to airport to take your domestic flight to Yangon. Stay overnight at Hotel in Yangon.

Day 4 Departure

After breakfast, visit Bogyoke (Scotts) Market which is the most popular market and a great tourist destination in Yangon. You can shop souvenir, handicrafts, Jewelry, gems, clothing and foodstuffs. It is one of the precious colonial buildings you can find in Yangon. En route to the airport, stop at Mindhama elephant Camp for a view of a White elephant which is a rare kind of elephant and in Myanmar, they have been revered symbols of power and good fortune, as well.
