Yangon - Bagan - Mandalay - Amarapura - Heho - Inle Lake - Heho - Thandwe - Ngapali - Thandwe - Yangon
Day 1 Arrive in Yangon
Upon your arrival in Yangon, your local guide will welcome you at the airport then escort you to hotel. Then visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s m ost spectacular religious monuments and the golden dome of Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold. Then we will conclude the tour of this picturesque garden city. Overnight at Hotel in Yangon.
Day 2 Yangon
After breakfast, you will visit the Reclining Buddha (Chaok-Htat-Gyi) which is the fourth largest colossal reclining image in Myanmar and 67m long. Bogyoke Market (former Scott’s Market), where one can buy many items in one place. This Market was built in British colonial times and has a colonial shape. Then proceed to the busy streets of Yangon’s famous China Town and Yangon Jetty. Finish your day off at the riverside where the road flanked by colonize style buildings which will give you the impression of Myanmar in old time.
Day 3 Yangon – Bagan
After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Bagan. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your local guide and drive to hotel for check-in. You will visit the Nyaung Oo Market where local people buy their food in daily life, visit the Shwezigon Pagoda which is the largest pagoda in Bagan painted with real gold, Ananda Pagoda where you will see the mural painting and lacquer workshop. Then enjoy a Horse Cart Ride to the Pyatthagyi Pagoda to view the sunset. Drive to hotel and overnight there.
Day 4 Bagan – Mandalay
Enjoy free time in the morning until transfer to airport for onward flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival in Mandalay, your local guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. After a rest in the hotel, you will visit Mahamuni Image where you will see local people pray and stick gold paper on the Buddha for blessing. On the way to the Mahamuni Image, you will visit a gold paper workshop to see how people made the gold leaf. Then proceed to Shwenandaw Monastery which means ‘Golden Palace Monastery” and was built in 19th century and well known for its teak carv ing of Buddhist myths. Visit the Kuthodaw Pagoda known as the world's biggest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. Finish your day at the top of Mandalay Hill for a stunning sunset. Stay overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 5 Amarapura – Sgagaing
After breakfast, you will visit the Maha Gandayon Monastery to see hundreds of monks line up for daily meals at 10:15am. Then drive to Sagaing, the capital of Sagaing Division in Myanmar and located on the Ayeyarwady River, 20 km to the southwest of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river. Continue to Sagaing Hill, where there are a lot of small pagodas and with many meditation centers and Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda; it is located on Sagaing Hill. Then drive back to Mandalay and visit U Bein Bridge which is 1.2 kilometers long and is the longest teakwood bridge in the world where you will enjoy the stunning sunset. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day 6 Mandalay – Heho - Inle Lake
After breakfast, transfer to airport for your onward flight to Heho where you will be picked up and drive to Nyaung Shwe for hotel check in (Inle). Inle Lake locates in the highland of Myanmar in an altitude of around 3,000 feet above sea level. Here you will enjoy different atmosphere and ambience from middle part of Myanmar. Overnight at Hotel in Inle.
Day 7 Inle Lake
After breakfast, take a boat and experience the diverse and vibrant local life of Inle Lake, where inhabitants maintain centuries old traditions. Drift by the floating villages, temples and gardens, as you ride along this immense lake. See the traditional blacksmiths, learn how to roll a cheroot cigar, one of the local delicacies of Burma. Rolled with a cheroot leaf and tobacco, these cigars also contain a variety of local herbs and spices and are an aromatic e xperience. Even non-smokers will be affixed watching women systematically roll hundreds with ease. Further visits are made to the great Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda with its five holy Buddha images, the weaving village of Inpawkhon and other interesting sights. The beauty of sunset over the Inle Lake enchants all visitors. Stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 8 Heho-Thandwe-Ngapali
Transfer to Heho airport for your onward flight to Thandwe. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by hotel’s shuttle bus and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day will be at your own leisure.
Ngapali is about relaxing and enjoying the sun, but you may choose one of these activities at your own cost such as taking trips on local fishing boats; kayaking; snorkelling or scuba diving amongst the brightly coloured fish; and cycling or motorbiking down the beach and around some of the local villages. Ngapali also has an 18-hole golf course which is located between the main beach resorts and the airport. Surfing is possible during the monsoon season, which is the quietest time of year in Ngapali. This can be a lovely time of year to visit, but the choice of hotels is restricted – and it can rain for extended periods of time. Also, swimmers should be aware that currents can be dangerously strong at this time of year.
Day 9 Ngapali Beach
Free at leisure at the hotel by the Napali Beach
Day 10 Ngapali Beach
Free at leisure at the hotel by the Napali Beach. In the evening, transfer to Thandwe by hotel’s shuttle bus for onward flight to Yangon. Overnight at hotel in Yangon
Day 11 Yangon Departure
